A deposit of 50 per cent of the total charter fee is payable by bank transfer immediately on signature of the Charter Agreement. The remaining 50 per cent, plus an Advance Provisioning Allowance, together with any taxes, delivery/redelivery fees and any additionally agreed charges, is payable by bank transfer five weeks before the commencement of the charter

The Advance Provisioning Allowance is essentially an allowance given by you prior to embarkation. Is the process for securing the logistics for a charter. Chartering a yacht involves more than just paying the rental fees, it is about creating an entire schedule with provisions for the duration of the charter. As such, when planning a trip, you need to factor in more than the yacht, its crew, and the destinations. You must include fuel, food, drink, entertainment, medical care, berthing fees, customs, communications and more. These extra details are all included in the APA.

For bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days prior to embarkation, 30% of the total cost of the charter is charged. For bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days prior to embarkation, 50% of the total cost of the charter is charged. For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to embarkation, 100% is charged. The cancellation fee, less the administration fee (300 EUR), will be refunded, if the boat is rechartered for the same period under the same conditions.

Most major credit cards are accepted on the islands. Most of the main island ports have ATM machines.

Well, several weeks before you board your yacht, we will ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire describing the preferences and special needs of all the members of your party, such as dietary or medical requirements, details of any allergies, and your sporting or entertainment requests. This will enable us and the yacht crew to ensure that everything possible is done to make your charter a wonderful experience.

Crew gratuities are purely voluntary and discretionary, although it is customary for a charterer who has enjoyed the kind and attentive service of an obliging crew to extend a gratuity. Crew gratuities are normally approximately 10 per cent of the charter fee, but can be adjusted up or down according to your level of satisfaction.

The best way to ensure that all crew members receive equal recognition is to entrust the distribution of gratuities to the captain and he’ll allocate it to the crew for you.

As with any vacations, and in order to be insured against any unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend that all members of the charter party should be covered by Personal Accident and Medical Insurance, and their personal effects should be insured against loss or damage.

All yachts are equipped with full safety and navigation equipment, according to Greek Maritime Law, including sufficient life jackets, flares, first aid kit, VHF, GPS, life raft, autopilot, EPIRB, navigation charts and pilot book for the region

All charter companies must adhere to local maritime laws and regulations. This is your primary protection, and in most cases, the rules are quite strict. For instance, in Greece, the Coast Guard regularly checks papers of the boats and there are large fines if anything is missing. All operators also must carry insurance by law. You have every right to see these papers prior to embarkation. Beyond this, we are committed to provide our high standard services for customer satisfaction

As of June 1st 2017, all EU subscribers who travel in European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) countries enjoy their communication without any concerns for roaming charges, when using their mobile phone. Non EU mobile phones which have GSM do work with roaming charges (Check with your provider).

most charter destinations have cell/mobile phone service available. Additionally, we can provide the contact details while away, for you to distribute to family or friends prior to your departure.

There is also standard wireless access provided. Although in certain areas the service can be limited and cannot be guaranteed. If you anticipate regular use of the internet or require large bandwidths during your charter, please let us know before you board as upgrades may be subject to availability and there is likely to be a charge made to your account according to your requirements.

Smoking is only allowed outside on deck and in dedicated outside areas only, with respect given to non-smoking guests or by crew discretion. For safety reasons, smoking in cabins and staterooms is prohibited.
